Seller FSBO my sell was not easy.
Last year I thought about selling my income property or triplex located on 1704 Rodman St. #1-3 Hollywood FL 33020. One day I received a call from Mrs. Claudia Swanes she offered me her services I was skeptical on working with a realtor but now I admitted I was wrong since Mrs. Claudia Swanes met all my goals and what I was to trying to do that was to sell my property to someone willing to keep my Tenants for at least another year, since I had a very nice relationship with them, I know their families and children for many years and I did not want to leave them without knowing what will be their next plan (inside my heart I was feeling sad for leaving them, I did not want to sell). The new owner made a plan and new lease with them and now everybody is happy.
